The Difference Between Entrepreneur And Employee
There are many differences between the entrepreneur and an employee, and some of them are very obvious. The employee works for the entrepreneur and gets paid, and the rich make their money work for them. As an employee you have to work in order to pay your bills and the many other living expenses that is forced upon you. While the entrepreneur makes their money from their investments and opening up other businesses to pull in various forms of income. Don’t get me wrong here an entrepreneur has to work, but they are not working nearly as hard as you have to as an employee. They put their hard work into their business when starting out, and now they have employees to physically maintain their business for them, and they have the free time that you as an employee wishes they had only a portion of. It’s the way of life.
But it doesn’t have to be your way of life. You can change from an employee who helps to make your boss more money and begin making your own money. It’s not a difficult task, but it will take some hard work and dedication. It’s obvious that you have that in you if you are waking up every single morning to go to work so that you and your family can live a decent life.
I know you’ve heard this expression before, "The rich keep getting richer and the poor keeps getting poorer." It’s the honest to god truth, and there is good reason behind this. And that is that the rich have the time to look for new moneymaking strategies while the poor continues to live their life ruled by their job.
It’s not easy to transform from an employee to an entrepreneur, but nothing on this earth that is worth it is going to be easy. It’s just the way that it works. You need to stop thinking with the poor man complex and begin thinking as if you have the creative thinking of a man or women with money. No, this does not mean to quit your job and throw everything you got into something that may or may not work. That would just be silly. But rather begin thinking, as a person that has money would think. They figure out ways to make money so that they will be able to afford the luxurious things that they really want.
We all have dreams, and some dreams really do come true, but not without some sacrifices and hard work. I want to ask you a question, have you ever wanted to be in business for yourself? Your answer is probably going to be a hands down YES. Here’s another question, what has stopped you from pursuing this?
It’s the same answers all of the time.
"I don’t have the money to start my own business."
"I don’t have the time to put into a business of my own."
So you don’t have the money, let’s look into this. If there is a will then there is a way. You don’t necessarily need a ton of money, starting an online business can reduce your startup cost. Look into promoting affiliate programs, or creating your own product. There are ways to make money without putting a ton of money into it.
Okay so you don’t have the time. Think of this, if you sacrifice just a few hours for a few months to get your business going and finally become the long awaited entrepreneur that you have wanted to be, isn’t it going to be worth it. YES!
There are many ways to become an entrepreneur, but you are going to need to really want it. And with the right research of business markets you minimize your risk because it’s going to be a business that is much needed, and you will make a ton of money.
